How do I make a change to my policy?
To have a change processed on your policy you can call our office anytime Monday - Friday  10am - 5:30pm.

Go to the important links tab of our website and click on the link for your particular insuring company.  This will take you to their website where you can access your policy or call them directly if our our office is closed.

How do I report a claim?
The easiest way for you to report a new claim or check the status of an existing claim is to go to our important links tab and choose the link for your particular insuraing company.  If you are uncertain which company it is please look at your proof of insurance card our policy and you will find the correct name and your policy number.  Once you find your insuring company click on that link and it will take you directly to their website.  You should see a claims tab that you will then click on and that will provide you with all the information you need to report your claim or check the status of an existing claim.  You can also call either the customer service or claim number found on your policy or proof of insurance card that you received when we wrote your insurance. 

In the case of an auto accident try to get the names and contact information for any witnesses to your accident when possible.  It is helpful if you can get the insurance information of the other parties involved in the accident.

When reporting a claim always write down the name and number of the person you speak to as well as the claim number  and adjuster's name if provided.
